Refund Policy

At Crafting With Crypto LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you would like to return your item, we offer a 30-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Damaged or defective items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at craftingwithcrypto@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Non-returnable items:

We are unable to accept returns on certain types of items, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Additionally, we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period:

If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Please note that the same conditions apply for laser engraved items, they must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
